With over 13 years of professional experience, Nurzhan combines global design insight with a deep understanding of Sydney’s architectural, environmental, and regulatory landscape.

His work is grounded in contextual sensitivity, sustainability, and refined detailing — delivering architecture that is both innovative and enduring.

Background and Global expertise

Educated at the National University of Singapore, where he completed both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture, Nurzhan has contributed to significant architectural projects across Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, and Myanmar.

His international experience enables him to approach each project with a broad perspective while tailoring solutions to local climate, culture, and council requirements. Now based in Sydney, he brings this global expertise to residential and mixed-use projects throughout New South Wales.
